Get outside, it helps so much
my two most common times for watching corn was first thing in the morning and late at night. I got the app on saturday 22nd of March. So far, These are a few things that I've done to remove the cravings for corn. 1. Phone in another room when going to bed, using a basic analog alarm clock for my alarm. If you're like me and enjoy listening to something to fall asleep, put your phone in another room that's still in range of some Bluetooth earbuds that you can have when you sleep. 2. Outside ASAP. Once you're awake, get up and outside in public area as soon as possible. I prepare clothes the night before to put on as soon as I'm out of the shower so I can get out fast. This stops has stopped my morning urges as I have no phone to grab and look at while in bed and gives me something to do straight away where I have no option to watch corn. Night time is a little harder for me, so I've tried some different ways of getting dopamine rushes like cycling and running till I'm exhausted. before I got out, I make my bed and have pajamas waitint for me to change into after I get in. My thought process is that I feel to tired to think about corn, nor do I crave it as I have already had a dopamine rush. I will update everyone on how this works out for me, but so far it has been great and I recommend replicating it to whatever works for you. have a great day everyone, stay strong!
hope it helps Nate!
