Hard to fall asleep?

Is it natural to have a harder time falling asleep? Currently on a 7 day streak and it is getting harder to sleep day by day. But the sleep quality itself is getting better with longer REM sleep and beautiful vivid dreams.
If you have trouble sleeping, hop in a hot shower and focus it on the back of your neck. Then, turn it as cold as you can and let it pour on your neck for at least 30 seconds. Brush your teeth or do whatever else you need to do before laying down, then practice box breathing with your eyes closed (4 seconds in, 4 second hold, 4 seconds out, repeat). You’ll get to sleep. Get rid of the thoughts that you can’t go to sleep and believe what I’ve just told you. It will work.
