Come to the realisation, I’ve not been struggling with Porn. I’ve been struggling with depression. Porn has just been one of the ways I self medicate

This is just pure truth, I also got this, but your making it worse, and worse, doing it a few times after a loss or something is fine, but don’t fall into the trap again or it’ll get worse
