FIRST WEEK EXPECTATIONS

Wow it’s been an amazing 8 days for me and i’m at 9% brain rewiring, while this seems small i’m taking each day as a blessing from this sin. I’ve had zero desire to look at anything porn related and am going stronger than ever each day. Through Gods grace it’s been amazing. FIRST WEEK: You can expect a shock in your system, better confidence, a notice of acne and face literally glowing, and since I eat clean and track my calories my body has felt better than it ever has. You can also expect an increase in testosterone, drive for motivations and better family connections. I will check in next week to fill you all in!
