My gf has sent me lots of pics and videos. She could not care less that I’ve watched porn or that I still have recently. She’s been supportive of me trying to quit because she knows how it makes me feel. With this being said… a) I’m still yanking the ol balls and chain without porn which I know some see as an issue… b) used images she sent me (she’s away right now and tbh we’re not in a great spot emotionally) to finish tonight… Do we count this as a relapse and for future reference should I just not be looking at the images she’s sent me? We’ve been together for 4 years so it’s a good bit of stuff she’s sent. But if it’s still considered porn or a relapse, let me know how yall feel.
Since your goal is to only stop porn it’s not a relapse. However it’s going to get tough later on if you don’t cut out everything that leads to porn. That will include masturbating and any photos or videos of your partner. Once your healed you’ll be able to manage it but even im not at that point yet
