I just can’t control myself

Whenever I feel the urges I try to distract myself, watch a movie or YouTube, I’ll pick up my guitar and start playing or play a video game, maybe sometimes I’ll go for a walk. But while doing these activities I can’t take my mind off porn, and I end up caving every single time. I’ve been trying to quit for what feels like more time than I’ve been watching porn but I just cannot stop myself
