I downloaded Reddit today because that’s where I used to watch porn. Still has all my save/upvoted scenes saved. Almost went down the rabbit hole again. Then i remembered that one of the reasons my relationship with my ex ended was because of my porn addiction and how it made me not feel attracted to her anymore. Funny enough now that I’ve stopped pmo she looks like the most attractive woman on earth even tho we’re not together anymore. The pain of realizing that porn ruined my relationship with her was enough to get me to delete Reddit without going down that rabbit hole. 44 days today

Great job realising that it’s one of your triggers. You need to really understand that to not be tempted to go back. I’ve put a content block on my Twitter Bookmarks as I know that was a trigger, I can still use the website, it just blocks me when I click on bookmarks, I deleted the app completely on my phone
