I at least know I don’t need it and I can live life perfectly fine without it. But I threw it all away because I didn’t wanna go to bed yet and was wanting pleasure. I’ve been able to keep my streak for longer after every relapse, so hopefully I can kill this after a month or so. Just replace a bad habit with a good habit. Replace this horrible thing with something beneficial for your life. I’m speaking to myself here, but this applies to anyone reading this. Don’t give up, and flee from temptation.
