Besides porn and negative this isn’t even about that, I miss my ex all the times we shared we’re so great but we were both immature and didn’t know how to communicate we broke up two times and I’m talking to someone else but I think a big part is I don’t want to start over instead, I just want the one person I’m comfortable with but I know I need to move on

The best thing you can do is move on and cut off any contact with the women that you are talking to right now in my personal opinion. This is a season of healing for you and many other men that are struggling with the same thing that you are fighting right now, and the enemy will try and put you in situations where you may be tempted to lust over a woman and heighten your triggers. I’m not saying that you have to do this, but I feel as though it will give you time to rewire your conscience and start the healing process.
