Brothers, Im so thankful I found this App I am 9 Days clean and already seeing improvements, especially in better focus, I will not lie, I have had urges but, I immediately distract myself with doing pushups lol i know its crazy bur it has been working for me, hope this helps anyone and glad to be apart of this community!
