✝️Battle Buddies: Day 35
Please forgive me for my absence yesterday. The amount of relapses that happened started to make me fall as well and provoked my mind to start contemplating going back into temptation so I had to step away. “Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted. Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:1-2. Today is a new day and I feel the armor of God is back in good rapport. Just because you fall, does not make you fallen. Do not identify with the enemy, they want you to be fallen, broken, diminished, and defeated. The battle may have been lost in the moment, but God’s war for your heart still remains and it is one He will see to completion as promised in Philippians. I leave you with this: “That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:10. May God be your caregiver, stitching you back together so that you may rise again strengthened by His grace.
Thank you for this Robert! I fell yesterday, but I got back up. I'm praying for the other people who relapsed to. Thank you for this, Galations 6:1-2 is amazing, and something we need to think about often if one of or brothers/sisters relapse.- Logan
