Hey bro, just want to give you loads up that might help you. As someone’s been dealing with this for 10 years, I can finally say I’m starting to see the light. And I’m saying that because one thing that I did was fasting/intimate fasting. One of the reasons why we never feel like we can control ourselves because it’s a desire of our flesh. The greatest desires of our flesh are going to be through food and sex. And if we can’t get sex from someone else, then you find a way to pleasure ourselves. I know it’s a weird period on shift, but truly you have to deny the flesh your physical body to tame it to control it. Good luck and you got this
