I reached almost two days for my first time ever trying this but I’ve been sick in bed the whole time stuck in my dorm room. I’ve been incredibly stressed and I think my girl might be cheating on me while I’m in here. The stress made me reach for the porn and start to jerk but I stopped myself after a minute or two and turned it off. Is this a relapse. I feel like the answer is yes. I’m so ashamed.

I’ve literally been cooped up in my room bored as fuck with nothing to do and stressed because I’m missing school and work and now this it was too much

That’s awful man I’m also sick and I saw a picture of my girl naked and the guilt of not resetting made me reset
