What do I do with all my time?

Almost 7 days in now and I don’t know what to do with all the time I used to lust. I’ve been waking up at 2 AM every day this week with nothing to do fall back asleep been trying to read, but I don’t even have desire to look at porn. Well, it’s not that I don’t have the desire in my mind, I don’t have the desire in my body. My heart is so broken. I don’t know what love is anymore rather, I don’t know what love of another person means.
You can also get a pet to take care of if you can afford it don’t get a dog if you don’t want responsibility I recommend a friendly cat like the ragdoll variety another good breed is Maine coons very friendly although more expensive
