I was in the same situation but I waited too long to make a change so it didn’t end the way I wanted it to. She left me. You are taking action. You have been vulnerable with her, it is clear you love her. And she must love you too. So just know that you’re taking the steps to become a better man, but just for her but also for yourself. Don’t sweat it and don’t overthink it. Whatever will happen will happen, for now just focus on becoming the man you want to be, and she will also benefit from this.

The thing is I like to base things around her bc I don’t wanna prepare for a break up because I feel like we can work through anything so I prepare yk?

Don't solely quit for her though because it will be weaved into that, and that's dangerous because what happens if everything falls then everything falls with that relationship family! Just a pov of a reality that God led me to see. Anchor it in a purpose that is way bigger than your girl.

Keep an open, honest line of communication with her. She is hurt… but so are you. Share your feelings with her, be open about them… the positives, the negatives, everything. Ask her to help hold you accountable and help keep you strong. Lean into her for support, when she’s ready to give it (this will come the more open and honest you are).
