Has anyone experienced filtering out temptations on social media? I’ve learned through muscle memory that whenever I start scrolling on Instagram, I inevitably come across a profile and immediately search for it. This leads me down a rabbit hole from innocent Google searches to full-on pornography. I’ve tried various methods to filter out sensitive content, but my FYP page remains filled with temptations.
Social media is such a bad thing these days, unless you can build your fyp to be like tons of self help then I’d say delete it. Thats what I did
