Hey everyone! Thanks for all the kind messages on the last post I really appreciate it, Im now on day 3 and I had an urge today but I did overcome it which i’m very proud of! Hope everyone is doing good on their journey and I wish you all well 💪 (hopefully it only gets easier from here)
