Hello guys, it’s the first time that I write here! I’m addicted in smoking cigarettes and masturbation I started smoking cigarettes at 16 and masturbating at like 12, now I’m 23yo I would like to quit both, which one do you suggest to stop before, or do U suggest to quit both together?

I would suggest smoking first, though it’s harder. It will likely give you the strength to be able to stave off both
