40 days on the app are so much better than 40 years in addiction!

I’m taking my life back! When I am tempted to go back to porn, it’s not just a simple “will I give in to pleasure or not?” It’s “will I go back to a life of bandage?” (Yes, there is reset and start again!) But for this 55 yr old, living with porn & masturbation since I was 12, I’m 40 days free from chains of bondage! I can stand up straight! I can breathe deeply and cleanly, with no shame for what I did last night—or a minute ago. I’m awake, not exhausted from being up all hours of the night every night because I waited for everyone else to get to bed so I could see my porn and masturbate (for hours sometimes because of my porn-ED). All the problems in this app’s learning—yep. Verified. True. I can vouch for them. But no more! I am now 40 days into my renewed life—and I love it!
