She and I had a talk and I explained how a felt gross after fapping, actually talking about it made today so much easier, I can’t wait to be free of this addiction

Great job for opening up to your mom. It was always easier to let my parents know what was going on so they could help. Our instinct is to hide it, which makes it worse, but once we involve others, the road to recovery becomes ever so slightly easier. Keep going!!!
