ask yourself these 2 questions EVERY DAY:
on these types of journeys its very hard to get discouraged or step backwards into old habits. it may get hard to remind yourself of why you wanted to start this journey in the first place. something that could help is asking yourself: “What is my ‘why’?” “What do I think success is?” always remind yourself of where you came from. nobody said it would be easy, but the journey is what will reward you. the small progress that i see everyday is my “why”, whats yours? success can come in multiple forms, a new personal best at the gym, a new job, a new relationship, or just simply doing better for yourself in any way. it doesnt have to be something huge. again, the small progress everyday. never forget your “why?”, and never forget how you want to be successful.
