I had 7 days straight no problem, but now I’m starting to get the urge what should I do ? Can someone give me a perspective?

Use the energy to strengthen your mind by doing something you hate doing when u get an urge or workout, if you’re able to push through that pain, your mind will strengthen regardless of if you fail or win that day, thats the secret. -Stay Hard
Just try to make it to tomorrow, one day at a time
Start with trying to removing the temptation. If it’s social media, try reading or go for a quick walk. If it’s physical things you see, like at the gym or out in public, go to a different area.
