Going outside and doing anything other than sitting home has been helping me so much. Just keeping myself distracted as much as possible and not giving myself the time to have any lustful impulses has helped a lot. Been going to the gym more often for around 2 hours a day now playing a new sport. Getting my bike fixed in a week and can’t wait to get back on some trails and reconnect with nature.
This is my currently my strategy as well. There’s a park 5 minutes from my apartment, so I spend as much downtime there as possible
