12 Days PMO Free

Longest streak I’ve ever had since starting the PMO cycle 20 years ago. I’ve tried hard to quit various times in the last few months, with relapses occurring after a few days, next day, or even the same day. This time it just feels different, and like all those failures were learning lessons that set me up for this current streak. The urges are still strong, but so far so good in terms of staying clear of triggers and acting on the urges. Still a very long way to go to feel like I’ve made it past this addiction, but feeling grateful for it all. Thank you God.
