Advice for those who are struggling
I’m about half way through day 4 and I haven’t felt this good in a while. In the past I have constantly struggled with my addiction and my emotions, but recently I’ve felt different. After multiple times of relapsing I decided that social media was the source of the problem. The constant scrolling through social media not only fries ur brain but it also most likely exposes you to more things that may trigger you to relapse. I deleted all my socials and tbh I’ve felt a lot happier and I feel more alive if that makes sense. I highly recommend doing this and doing things that interest you that won’t trigger you to relapse. My final piece of advice is to improve your self talk and the way you think of others, stop being so hateful and learn to change. Love yall and God bless!
