I’d say no because it says porn-free not NoFap on the front page but I still wouldn’t recommend it. It’s probably harder to stay porn-free if you still wack off especially as a recovering porn addict

Hey brother. Praying for you. I know it can feel inescapable but you have to look back on the times you were able to turn away and remember those victories to help you get through this one. I had this exact thing happen to me a few days ago. No porn involved. The very next day, I had a temptation come and with it came the urge to watch something. It’s a slippery slope. Yes, your brain still associates the 2 together. If you do one; you will do the other. Maybe not in that moment but future temptation will grow stronger until you go back to porn. So consider it a relapse, avoid it and stay strong brother!
