It's been poison for me and I would say this, if you have to ask the question I think you know what the answer is. I've been trying to ask myself the question, would God be pleased with me right now?

I would say that generally speaking, the broader goal of quitting porn is to essentially detach oneself from lust. If you’re trying to re-wire your brain, then I would avoid all pertaining avenues including such reels. From my experience the “war” on porn starts further south than one would believe. Idolizing women on the internet with lustful intent is the core problem, while social media and porn are just catalysts.

I don’t think so. But the could be a trigger and tempt you to click on their links that may bring you to like a telegram that has porn on it. Don’t be like me and fall for it. Stay strong bro.
