Tiredness: Depressed Loneliness as Trigger

I don’t know how it is with you guys, but when I sleep bad (e.g. not enough hours or I get up a lot) I feel so depressed, unsecure and unhappy. An ugly and sudden break-up in the middle of a recovery from a knee injury and operation was certainly not really helpful… Still healing from both. But it‘s these challenging moments that you can make your word, your promised count. I will give my best. I hope you will too. You are not alone.
