When I get ready for bed it always pops in my mind to relapse just one more time and then I’ll quit. Is there something you guys say to make it easier?

Also, keep your devices somewhere else. Make it hard to let the habit take over, just like Atomic Habits. Habits you want to build, make them easier. Habits you want to break, make them harder. If you know bed time is a challenge, shake it up and switch to a new routine. In a couple of days it will already make a difference.

Dude same thing with me, I don’t know if your religious or not but pray before you go to bed and try hugging a pillow. That has helped me 👍🏿
