Haven’t watched full Porn (sites and videos) in over a month … did finish to a nude gif a week ago so I still relapsed. But I’ve been good on not entering any red sites.. but damn I can’t stop peeking YouTube and Facebook now. Searching all the stars I used to watch but just lewd videos of them. Any advice to stop this before it gets worse?

Searching for anything you know is close is a failure, it’s not the ultimate failure but check yourself, do not let the river of dopamine flow
I was doing the same thing. It sounds harsh, but I got rid of all the apps that gave me triggers. It definitely helps with temptation and you’re less likely to accidentally be exposed to a trigger.
