I went on for 8 days and relapsed then this whole week I’ve continued relapsing. Would this be normal or okay? no and yes idk but what has me worried is that even though I feel shame I don’t feel as bad as I used to and I’m just scared I’m loosing the holy spirit or loosing God
I’m in the same situation right now. Went 7 days clean then relapsed 3 times on day 7. Tried picking myself back up then relapsed again a day later. It sucks but you have to remember that you have the strength to beat this. All it takes is a couple of good days to get the ball rolling again
This is normal. When I’ve relapsed I always enter this phase of rebellion. Don’t dismiss it but also don’t beat yourself up. We are at war with our flesh, the only way to get back to God is through genuine repentance. He is here for us! Don’t lose hope. I have fallen down several times. Always repent and turn away!
