Is Fapping Wrong or is Porn?

Hi, I recently joined the app and wanted clarity to know of fapping is the issue or is pornography addiction the root of all evil.

both... if you watch only porn but try not to fap its gonna lead you to fap eventually and it still has the downsides of unrealistic real life expectations with a girl... and if you fap without watching porn it desensitizes you to a real life connection with a woman and makes it difficult to get hard if you fap consistently for a long period of time... i asked that same question a little while back to try to find any excuse for a dopamine release, trust both are bad
