Let’s break down the triggers and the habits

This morning I was about to beat my meat but I then came to my senses and started to really dig deep on what was bothering me for years and I mean this is an emotion that has been redundant in my life. Growing up I’ve dealt with low self esteem issues and struggled with interactions and socializing. I used masturbation way more than I used porn to deal with wounds stresses and negative emotions and if it wasn’t masturbation then it was food that replaced it. What I’m saying is when you learn more about why you indulge in bad habits you’re more likely to replace it with something better and beneficial.
