So much free time…
Over the past few days, I’ve realized just how much idle time I actually have—especially in those random 5–10 minute pockets throughout the day. Now that I’ve cut out the habit of mindlessly scrolling adult content on my phone, I’m trying to find healthier, more productive ways to fill that time. I have kids at home, so stepping out to the gym or doing something time-intensive isn’t always realistic. I’m looking for suggestions—whether it’s quick mobile games, engaging podcasts, or other small activities that can fit into a few free minutes here and there. Would love to hear what’s worked for others!
