, I'd rather say I'm no longer a gooner, I'm no longer a person who watches porn. It's a matter of discipline and being able to recognize triggers and deal with them differently. After at least 5 years of battle, working on my identity, I can finally say that I am no longer a person who watches pornography. I know the harm it has done me, I still don't know all the good it brings me to no longer be a addicted porn user. The good, brain is a magical weapon if you know how to use it.
