Urges

Everytime the urges comes my mind always says that watch porn but don't masturbate. I tried to control myself. But when you try to control yourself the urges becomes more stronger. So I distract my self in another work and my urges are removed. So one thing I realized that whenever urges comes just keep distracted and never watch porn. If anyone helps by there experience or any method by which I can control my urges please reply it.
