DAY 7

Writing 20 minutes earlier than the actual counter hitting it. Today was the hardest of all the days leading up to it. I use Opal to block distracting apps but even on the small breaks I give myself to browse IG it’s still too triggering. It seems like every attractive girl’s page eventually leads to an OF model. (Five degrees of separation type shit) Almost slipped up and it was a lot to bring myself to reality. I would never have stopped myself before committing to this..it would immediately lead to a relapse. Thankful for this community and the chat feature for helping me today. Hopefully the next 7 days weren’t as hard as this one.
