So I redownloaded Instagram after giving it up for lent. Literally second time I pop on it today. Full on spread eagle porno as soon as I open the app. Should I redelete it? I’ll need it for work here soon
Instagram is not the problem. You need to improve your focus. Don’t blame the distractions. Only follow people who will motivate and inspire you to be better (avoid the explore page at cost)

I would say no… for me everytime I would catch IG showing me stuff like that, I would stop and click the not interested button eventually it became less frequent and I was able to control myself when it did show stuff
