I want 24hours and was going well. Had the TV on before bed and there was nudity on the show…. Vicious spiral back into it began. Sometimes I just want to tear my brain and eyes out my head. Starting again from today. I will break this cycle and become a better person for it.
It’s sad that the smallest things will trigger you. Crazy how warped our mind it’s made us. See a hot girl in tight clothes while out and boom. You’re fighting a new battle all over again. Idk if the urges ever really will go away but your resolve in your decision to quit will strengthen. Stay with it - just a day in myself but coming here and talking is making it a lot easier
