Day 16. Getting morning 🪵 again
Something for me that I knew was a problem was I stopped getting morning wood. I’m 24 and I’m in the healthcare field and I know that it is a problem if you’re young and not having at least some sort of morning wood. It can happen from a lot of things like poor sleep, diet, drugs, stress anddddd porn lo and behold. But anyway, I haven’t had morning wood on a consistent basis for the last few years, but since stopping watching porn this has returned, and it’s almost an every morning thing now unless I get poor sleep. I recently was at 25 days and relapsed, but this has thankfully stayed with me. It makes me really happy, and is very satisfying to know my body is adjusting even though I messed up shortly 16 days ago. Don’t be hard on yourselves, but keep yourselves accountable and don’t let the relapsed turn into a downward spiral. Stay strong brothers and sisters 💪🏽
