Always relapsing between 5-7 days

I dont know if it got better but i had the problem doing it daily but now i gained control to mentsin myself for at least 5 to 7 days, my highest streak was 25, i tried praying, or keeping myself busy but when boredom arrives it cant control myself, I feel like I am being controlled.
