One Week Down

I just reached the seven-day mark. It wasn’t easy. A couple of events occurred earlier in the week that were upsetting, and I was feeling tempted last night and this morning. For the record, during my first marriage, I went over ten years without masturbation—with nearly five months being after my separation. Granted: I occasionally looked at porn and sexual images; however, I know I’m more than able to meet my new commitment.
