I need help. Some form of advice, I keep failing. Ive been slacking off and without realising, it become part of my everyday life again. Idk what to do

Hey Tobias! Your doing good man, what I found helped me is to honestly identify your triggers and then removed them from your life. Write down 10 reasons why you want to quit, how it makes you feel etc. And refer to them if you are tempted. Replace the bad habits with good habits, meditation helps, or just walking. For me it is a journey of many relapses brother.
