I know I posted twice but I realized I also end up watching porn or relapsing when I’m home alone and bored, any tips on what to do?

Literally just come on here and ask the same question like you just did. I come on this app and just respond to posts even if it’s just encouragement to others I find it gives enough of a mental pause to forget about the urge.
