Started this journey a week ago. Have felt better already. I started going to the gym. Really motivated to turn my life around. When urges or triggers do come up I just tell myself how to remember how good I feel now and to remember the guilt and disappointment of when I relapsed or said “one more time” and it wasn’t the last time. Keep going strong everyone 💪 you got this.
