Whenever I’ve tried to quit in the past, my relapses would come when I go through IG or X and go to clear all my follows, saved posts and bookmarks. I just had to go cold turkey on the platforms and make them hard to access, as going through the bookmarks/history and not trying to look would just be an excuse to get another dopamine hit which would start a slippery slope.
