It’s been over a year since I went this long without porn or masturbation. I know that sounds crazy, but I’m sure a fair amount of you can relate to this in some way. I feel like I am more happy, vibrant, and am starting to feel less brain fog. I know I’ve still got progress to be made, but I thought I’d post this to inspire people to not give up, no matter how deep in the addiction you are.

I couldn’t have gotten here without God. He has been my strength and the only reason why I can persevere in tough times of temptation, and there were many this week. The gym is the biggest one. It’s a good place to get gains relieve stress, and meet people, but the modesty there is sometimes nonexistent. If there are any fellow Christian brothers out there, reach out and we can encourage each other in the fight!

Update: I fell this past afternoon. I feel guilty that I did it today out of all days, but I repented and know that His forgiveness and Grace is enough for me.
