I relapsed 😔

Hello everyone, I’m sorry to let yall know that I have relapsed after 20 days of not masterbating or looking at porn. I am disappointed in myself, but looking at the upsides, allows me to prove I can go long periods of time without it. I’m not going to look at this relapse as a bad thing, I’ll learn from it and improve in all the ways that urged me and I know what to avoid and what to do.
