I started at 12, and I stopped today at the age of 24. I’ve went maybe a week or two at the most since my balls dropped and this has monumentally hindered my entire life. Had a very rough life as a teen, and it was one of my main coping mechanisms. I dropped out of college on a full ride, became dependent on weed, and many other things because I was so predisposed to those high dopamine levels I just didn’t care about anything but pleasure. I’ve never really been good at talking to girls, mainly self confidence. Which is crazy, because I’m not a bad looking guy at all. I’ve just let me life run me around and it all leads back to Pornhub. Thanks dad
We’ve taken the biggest step by coming together here (no pun intended). One way or another we’re better for this
