Yes it’s a relapse bro. No excuses we wanna drop the habits we gotta stop all aspects.

For me, I was super deep and stuck in the habit of watching porn and masturbation almost daily, that instantly quitting both was super hard. I will say that for the first few days I gave myself a grace period, completely cutting out porn but allowing myself to masturbate if the urge was unbearable. I told myself that after 4 days I had to stop altogether, and I was surprised how easy it was for me. I still get the urge but it’s far easier to fight without watching porn, so give that a try if cold turkey is too hard. Otherwise just dive right in, you got this!
